These terms govern your use of the bbet platform and all associated services. By registering an account, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms in full.
1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and bbet ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bbet platform — including but not limited to the casino, sports betting, crash games, and fish shooter sections — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.
bbet reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bbet will update the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any part of the current Terms, you must discontinue your use of the bbet platform immediately.

Age: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account on bbet and to place any bets or wagers. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. bbet reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Accounts found to belong to players under 21 will be immediately closed and any funds held in the account may be forfeited.
Jurisdiction: It is your responsibility to ensure that online gambling is permitted under the laws applicable to you in your country, state, or territory of residence before you open an account or place any bets on bbet. bbet does not provide legal advice. If you are unsure whether online gambling is legal where you reside, you should seek independent legal advice before using the platform.
Identity: You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information when registering your bbet account. You are prohibited from creating an account using false, misleading, or third-party identity information. bbet may conduct identity verification (KYC) checks at any point in the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a period of elevated activity.
3. Account Registration and Management
Each player is permitted to hold only one active bbet account at any given time. The following rules apply to all account registrations and ongoing account management:
- 1 One account per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to create additional accounts will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances forfeited.
- 2 You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your bbet account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested, regardless of whether these actions were taken by you personally or by a third party with or without your knowledge.
- 3 You must keep your login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. bbet will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or phone call. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify bbet's support team immediately.
- 4 bbet reserves the right to close or suspend any account where it has reasonable grounds to believe the account information is inaccurate, the account is being used fraudulently, or the player has breached any provision of these Terms.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on bbet are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bbet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals made on the platform:
Minimum deposit: A minimum deposit amount applies and is displayed on the deposit page at the time of the transaction. Deposits below the minimum threshold will not be credited to the player's account.
Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by bbet's payments team. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used and the volume of withdrawal requests at the time. bbet aims to process all verified withdrawal requests promptly. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the bbet account holder.
KYC verification: Before processing any withdrawal, bbet may require the player to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until the required verification is satisfactorily completed. This process protects both the player and the integrity of the platform.
Transaction fees: bbet does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through its accepted payment methods. However, the payment service provider (for example, bKash or Nagad) may apply its own transaction charges in accordance with its own terms of service. Players should review the terms of their payment provider before transacting.
5. Bonus and Promotions Terms
From time to time, bbet may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion page states otherwise:
Wagering requirements: All bonuses credited to a player's account are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated on the relevant promotion page. Failing to meet the wagering requirement before the bonus expiry date will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
Bonus eligibility: Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. A qualifying deposit is a real-money deposit that meets the minimum amount stated in the promotion terms. Deposits made using certain payment methods may not qualify for a welcome bonus — check the promotion page for excluded methods. Players who have previously held a bbet account under any identity are not eligible for welcome bonuses.
Abuse and misuse: bbet reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts where it has evidence or reasonable suspicion that a player has attempted to abuse a promotion. Abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with genuine gaming activity (e.g., low-risk hedging strategies designed solely to meet rollover requirements); and colluding with other players to exploit bonus terms.
6. Betting Rules and Sports Wagering
The following rules apply to all bets placed on the bbet sports betting section, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other sports markets offered on the platform:
Bet confirmation: A bet is not accepted until it has been confirmed by the bbet system and a bet reference number has been issued. Displaying a bet slip does not constitute acceptance of the bet. Players should verify their confirmed bets in their account history section before the event commences.
Errors and misprints: In the event of an obvious pricing error, system error, or technical fault, bbet reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund stakes. This includes but is not limited to: incorrect odds caused by a data feed error; acceptance of bets on suspended markets; and bets accepted after an event has commenced in markets where pre-match-only pricing applies.
Match abandonment: If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before it reaches the minimum qualifying duration, bets may be voided and stakes returned. The minimum qualifying duration for each sport is specified in the relevant sport-specific betting rules available in the Help section of the platform. For cricket, the minimum qualifying overs or innings thresholds are applied in accordance with standard industry practice.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bbet platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended or permanently closed, any pending withdrawals withheld, and all balances and winnings forfeited:
- 1 Using automated bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit platform mechanics in a manner not available to standard players using a manual interface.
- 2 Colluding with other players or third parties to fix the outcome of any game, sporting event, or casino hand. Match-fixing of any kind is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.
- 3 Using funds sourced from illegal activity — including but not limited to proceeds of fraud, theft, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct — to fund a bbet account or to place any bets. bbet complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
- 4 Accessing or attempting to access the bbet platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law, using a VPN, proxy, or any other means to disguise your true location or circumvent geographic access controls.
- 5 Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward bbet staff or other players via any support or communication channel offered by the platform.
8. Account Suspension and Termination
bbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account without prior notice if it determines, in its sole and reasonable discretion, that the player has violated any provision of these Terms, that the account has been used for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes, or that the continued operation of the account presents a risk to bbet or to other players on the platform. Where an account is closed as a result of a proven Terms violation, bbet reserves the right to retain any balance remaining in the account.
Players may request the voluntary closure of their own bbet account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to standard KYC checks. Accounts closed voluntarily for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) will not be reopened for the duration of the exclusion period chosen by the player.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the bbet platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and audio-visual elements — is the intellectual property of bbet or its content and technology licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the bbet platform without the prior written consent of bbet. Unauthorised use of bbet's intellectual property may constitute a breach of applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws and may result in civil or criminal liability.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profit, loss of business, or any other financial loss. bbet's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to their bbet account in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bbet does not guarantee that the platform will be available on an uninterrupted basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, and factors outside of bbet's reasonable control (including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, and force majeure events) may cause temporary interruptions to service. bbet will make reasonable efforts to minimise service disruptions but accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime.
11. Responsible Gaming Commitment
bbet is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming across its entire player base. The platform provides tools that allow players to manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible directly from your bbet account settings and take effect immediately upon activation. bbet strongly encourages all players to use these tools proactively to ensure that gaming remains a form of entertainment rather than a source of financial hardship.

You may also self-exclude from the platform for a fixed period ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. 12. Amendments to These Terms
bbet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Material amendments will be communicated to players via a notice displayed on the platform at login or via the registered contact details on the account. Your continued use of the bbet platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the bbet platform that cannot be resolved informally through bbet's support team shall be referred to binding arbitration or the applicable courts in the relevant jurisdiction. Players agree to attempt to resolve any dispute with bbet informally in the first instance by contacting the support team and allowing a reasonable period for bbet to investigate and respond before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
